Thank you for shopping with Moushield. Below you will find details about how and when your order will be shipped.

 

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. During periods of high volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Estimated delivery times are 5 to 10 business days for standard domestic shipping after your order has been dispatched. Delivery delays can occasionally occur and are outside of our control.

 

International Shipping

We offer international shipping to many countries. Delivery times for international orders typically range from 10 to 20 business days, depending on the destination and local customs processing. Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.

 

Missing or Lost Packages

Moushield is not responsible for packages lost or delayed by the carrier; however, we will do our best to assist you. If your package appears lost, please contact us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
